Refund policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of your item(s), we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your UNUSED, UNOPENED items within 30 days of receipt of your order.

If the returned product is opened or is received after the 30 day return period, a minimum 25% restocking fee will apply. We are not responsible for items being delayed in shipping and will also be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee if the item is shipped within the provided shipment window.

Items that are returned outside of the return window and have NOT been opened or used, a restocking fee of up to 50% will be charged. If there are clear signs of use, a 75% restocking fee will apply. Custom orders can not be returned.

Please note, original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Items returned that qualified for free shipping will be credited the item price minus the our actual shipping costs. Promotional offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.
