Shipping policy

At this time USPS is operating with an expected delay of 2-4 days over typical delivery times, but can be much greater - even up to 3 weeks. Other shipping options are available, but please contact if you have any questions regarding estimated delivery dates. If items are needed by a certain date, contact us prior to purchasing so we can advise on the best shipping method.

Please note, original shipping are not refundable. Items returned that qualified for free shipping will be credited the item price minus the our actual shipping costs. Promotional offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Free shipping offers are valid for the contiguous United States. Please contact us with any questions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world with most items shipping from our warehouse in Rockledge, FL. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. Larger items are dimensional-based and will be calculated based on the shipping box.

USPS First Class Mail: 2-8 Business Days (48 contiguous states). AK and HI: Delivery can take up to 30 days.

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days (48 contiguous states). AK and HI: Delivery can take 4-7 business days.

USPS Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days (48 contiguous states). AK and HI: Delivery can take 2-4 business days.

UPS Postal Holidays (no service)

UPS Ground: 2-5 Business Days (48 contiguous states). AK and HI: Delivery can take up to 21 days.

UPS 3-Day: 1-3 Business Days (non-guaranteed service)

UPS 2-Day: 1-2 Business days

UPS Overnight: 1 Business day

My USPS package didn’t arrive. What happens now?

We understand that sometimes packages go missing or get marked as delivered and don’t arrive. The Smart Baker cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have an order without any package protection, please contact your local USPS office or the mail carrier directly USPS to resolve the issue quicker. Whenever you suspect a package is lost or stolen, the first step to take is to begin a Missing Mail Search. This can only be completed 7 Days after the ship date. The USPS will begin searching their sort facilities and trucks to try and find your item. If USPS determines the package was delivered, you’ll have to treat it as a stolen package. If USPS cannot find the package, you will need to file a claim for your loss. Only after a claim is completed can a resolution be made.
